Safari problem when trying to buy off Ebay

I keep trying to buy something off for EBay, but Safari keeps not deleting me but do it. It keeps saying something about WebKit

Can't Download Apps from Safari after Updating to macOS Sonoma I'm trying to download an app off safari for school; however, the download never appears or safari says it was stopped. If I try to reload nothing proceeds. I thought it was the specific website, but when I tried to download Google Chrome, it did not work either. I tried restarting my device and clearing my cache but nothing has solved this issue. I am using a MacBook Pro, M2.

Try a different browser and compare your results...report back your findings.
