How do I remove CloudKit from Mac? I mean, it's always on the Safari Data.

Is there a reason you want to remove this?

Conceptually, this is part of the application's internal workings, typically related to iCloud synching.

If you don't want to sync via iCloud, then turn that off in preferences, rather than trying to poke under the hood.

If you're short on disk space and looking for things to unload, I advise looking elsewhere. There are likely far better targets to delete that take up more disk space, with less impact.
