I have an App that makes logging into my Ring security App very difficult. It was not like that until I enhanced my security and now, I can't undo it. It makes using this App nearly impossible and it was very simple before. Checking "Best Answer" was a mistake

To delete an app follow the steps in the support document you posted from. It explains exactly what you need to do.

Not sure any app can affect other apps and make logging in harder.

What exactly is happening that makes logging in to another app harder?

When I log-in, it'll ask me for a verification code, which means that I have to go to my text messages to get the code which causes me out and I've got start all over again. Never had to do that before and it's very frustrating.

That sounds like two factor authentication for that specific app’s account. If you enhanced security, then that is the result. Enhanced security means you now need a secondary code to log in. That’s the enhanced part. Check the website for the account and see if you can turn it off.
