Yes, if your credit card is accepted as a payment method by Apple and you have set the credit card as your default payment.
Start here to add you credit card -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
