Adding shortcut to Apple Watch ultra

Add a shortcut complication

1) Touch and hold the watch face, then tap Edit.

2) Swipe left to the Complications screen, then tap a complication.

3) Scroll to Shortcuts, then choose a shortcut.

Trigger a shortcut with the Action button

On Apple Watch Ultra you can assign a shortcut to the Action button.

1) Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch Ultra.

2) Tap Action Button, tap Action, then tap Shortcut.

3) Tap <, tap Shortcut, then select a shortcut.

Note: If you haven’t set up any shortcuts on your iPhone you won’t see the option to assign a shortcut to the Action button.
