Os Ventura Mail and Exchange issues

I'm using Mail with an Exchange account. Since upgrading to Ventura, I experience a ton of issues. Syncing issue is a constant one, but one of the most annoying is the fact that Mail send emails twice, and sometimes up to six duplicates of the same email.

This is not a question per se, because I just found the issue. This has nothing to do with old issue of sent box behavior of showing duplicates. The root cause is the new undo sent feature.

Since I removed that feature, by selecting delay to Off, it resolved my issue of sending email twice.
