hi. i can’t update my phone to ios16

hi. my phone is 13 pro max but i can’t update my ios 15.7.1 to ios 16

Open Settings, go into VPN & Device Management, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and run Software Update again. If there isn't one, check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
