If I'm paying for AppleOne then why am I still being charged for the other items such as music separately? I'd like this looked into and a refund of my money

I'd just like to be able to contact someone in billing.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff.
