Are there ways to prevent elderly family members from changing key settings on their devices?

My mother has dementia and has trouble remembering even how to make a call. She (somehow) is able to make changes to her settings just born from frustration and pushing ANY button she sees (then she blames the phone! Haha). Is there a way to lock the settings once I get her device ‘back to normal’ again!!??

Hey there mothar,

Great question! The settings you can restrict are the ones listed under the section 'Allow changes to other settings and features' in the link above your post: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
