Refund

Apple advised a refund had been made on the 9th November but not showing up in my account yet, do I need to ask for a refund again?

No. Wait for the length of time listed for that payment method in the Related Article above; if it hasn't arrived by then, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
