Can the Japanese iPhones used in India? I am planning to buy an iPhone from Japan apple online store since it is cheaper there, I would like to know if there will be any issues in using it in India.
From what I have read, it looks like the iPhones bought from apple site are unlocked one but just wanted to confirm.

Thank you for your response. As per the page, LTE bands supported in Japan is 1800 MHz and the one that is supported in India is 2100 MHz. Does this mean that I will not be able to use the Japanese iPhones in India? Please help.

Thank you for your answer. I had a call with the Japanese Apple customer care after posting the question here. They said all the iPhones purchased from the Apple site have international warranty, now I am confused :(
Note that if you buy the phone in Japan, the warranty will only be valid in Japan.
Whoever you talked to was incorrect, there is no international warranty. The warranty is only valid in the country it was purchased.
