What billing problem that I made and why I can’t open my apps

I can’t log in or use my apps because it always says that I have a previous billing prob. for what? Pls help me about this matter I don’t know what to do and want to know what’s the prob. existing.

There is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem see:

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store, see -> 

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Scroll to:

  • How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined
  • If you still can't make a purchase
