I want to change the way the date and time appear on lock screen.
When I'm on lock screen and touch and hold down(support website says to do this to see customize button) all I see is "swipe up to unlock" and flashlight and camera icon at bottom. I don't see any "customize button". How and where to find it?

when I’m on the home screen and not the lock screen and hold down on it than the icon start jiggling as usual and you see the plus to add new icons or delete him I’d still do not say anything about customizing
You hold down any ware on the Home Screen then wait until it shows the passcode screen.

On the Lock Screen press down lightly until the screen changes you should be able to then see the customize at bottom of the screen. Have you been able to do that?
