unable to log in on newer imac with apple id
I am unable to log in on imac with apple id. My user id and password are correct. I can log in the older imac fine.
What can I do?

We understand you're running into an issue logging in on your iMac but you can use those login credentials on another Mac. Is that right?
Have you tried restarting your Mac and checked to make sure your keyboard is working and Caps lock or another function is not enabled? That may be keeping you from typing your password in.
