Can I buy the Chinese version of iPhone from California?

The only version of iPhone 14 sold in the US will be the dual eSIM version. If you need two physical SIMs you will need to purchase in a region that uses that version.

Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.

There are many versions of iPhone like Chinese or Japanese or middle East version

they have actually SIM card
