No sound iPhone 12 Pro

My device is eligible for a free service to replace a faulty ear piece speaker by Apple authorised service provider.

Unicorn,Mumbai has acknowledged the issue but were unable to open the screws and asked me to replace the

phone!

Apple has given a product with a poor

build quality and manufacturing defect

without adequate customer support.

Any inputs to resolve is appreciated.
