Apple TV 4hd no sound
i have no sound each day when I start using the device. Unit is brand new and software is updated. Thanks

Okay, unplug the power source on the Apple TV for 2-3 minutes, then re-plug in and test. I'd also check your HDMI cable and verify it has a good connection on both ends. If it does have a good connection and you have already power cycled the Apple TV then try another HDMI cable. Remember to use high quality cables!
