I'll buy an Iphone from France and in the airport that I'll be returning there are no decent office for tax free refund. I know Apple does VAT refunds itself for the online purchases. I want to know If they do the VAT refund for store purchases too?

And unfortunately, you may need to get an answer to your question directly from Apple; I do not know the answer.
Are you aware that Apple may enforce their rule about warranty service for iPhones and iPads being available only in the country in which the device was purchased?

We are users like you. We can not speak on behalf of Apple. If you want to know Apple's tax policy you will need to contact Apple.
I know and I already communicated with Apple. I just wanted to check If anybody had any experience about this and might guide me.
And be prepared to pay an import tax levied by your country.
I’m aware of this problem, yet still makes more sense to purchase abroad because of the huge taxes in our country.
I already checked it, even though I pay the import tax, it is still profitable for me.
