I have an iPhone 11 Pro. When I try to adjust up/down the volume of the ringtone for an incoming call, the ringtone is muted, I expect the ringtone volume to change and not mute.
In Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringer and Alerts I have Change with Buttons ON.
How can I get the side buttons to change the ringtone volume when I receive an incoming call?
