My iPhone keeps making a weird noise

My iPhone keeps making a weird noise. Sort of sounds like a noise an Apple laptop would make. I’ve checked my settings and everything, trust me. It happened a few times today when it was on silent AND do not disturb mode. I started screen recording just to see if I could capture it and I did! There is even an additional sound I hear looking back at the recording..so weird….Not sure if I can upload video onto this but if anyone can help me out I’m willing to email it. It’s just starting to bug me so much I don’t know what it could be!
