iPod Touch
I’m having a hard time trying to figure out if it’s vintage or obsolete because iPod touch (4th generation) is both on the vintage and obsolete list!

Why?
You've stated that it's on the vintage and obsolete list, so that means it is vintage and obsolete (or to be more precise, obsolescent).
If the iPod is not working as you expect, then perhaps we can help, if you tell us what the problem is. We may not be able to offer a solution, but we might be able to explain why something isn't working.
