Apple Music on Web Browser(Windows 10)

Has anyone experienced their full library/playlist not playing on the web browser. My playlist/library shows all my songs and the ones I have recently added. However, when I shuffle my playlist it only plays the first 100 out of the 1500 songs I have. I have tested this on three separate window devices, and they all have the same outcome. When I check on the IMac and Macbook there was no issue.

If anyone has any suggestion please let me know.

Shuffling on and off does not help, when shuffled it just plays the first 100, and when its off it will play through the whole library but at that point its the same thing, since we want randomization instead of following the order.

Signing in and out did not help at all

In terms of browsers, I use opera gx mainly, and the same issue was present in microsoft edge and google chrome.

I can't really try a different internet connection since my pc is wired and lacks wireless capability. However on my other windows pc in my house(which uses wireless wifi) had the exact same issue.

Also I know you recommend to call/contact support. Which I actually did earlier and the specialist had no idea to fix it since it was very wierd/random issue. So what do you recommend to do, contact microsoft? Thanks!

Does it help if you toggle the shuffle feature off, then on?

Does it help if you sign out, then sign back in?

Does it help if you try a different browser?

Does it help if you try a different internet connection?
