Is it safe to downgrade my iCloud storage plan if I get Apple One?

I subscribe for 200g storage and Apple Music family plan, but if I switch to apple one family plan, is it safe to downgrade my storage plan since 200g storage is included in apple one family plan?

Your standalone plan will be cancelled automatically without any loss of data.
