System Extension Blocked - can't find it

Since the new system update where the appearance of the system settings have changed, I haven't been able to find the system extension blocked anywhere. I've looked in the usual privacy & security but I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the settings.

where to locate system settings, not system preferences I was just told to go to System Settings (not System Preferences) and I do not know where to access that?
