A 2010 iMac can be upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.6 but no later.

See the following from Apple article Identify your iMac model - Apple Support

iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010)

Model Identifier: iMac11,3

Part Number: MC510xx/A, MC511xx/A

Latest compatible operating system: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

To upgrade, see: How to download macOS - Apple Support

Also, if you aren't already, you may want to consider using a 3rd party browser that allows it's current version to run on High Sierra rather than running an outdated version of Safari.
