Hi Alef72,

To confirm, does this only happen in the Camera app or any app that you try to take a photo with? Do you notice the same issue when trying to record a video? Your answers can help us understand what you're encountering better, which can help determine possible next steps.

Also, you could see if restarting your iPhone 11 Pro Max may help. Restarting can seem like a simple step, but it can refresh the software and help resolve unexpected issues. If needed, the steps below show how to restart:

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Those steps are from this link: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support Let us know if that helps or if you've already tried that step.

Take care!
