External monitor not working on macOS 13

Everything was working just fine with my external monitor connected to my type C docking station when on macOS 12.x. However, that all ended when macOS 13 Ventura came out and I made the mistake of upgrading. Everything connected to the type C (Satechi - newer one purchased a few months ago) works, but the monitor won't come up. The display pops up something about the resolution is not set at the recommended. Not cool that Apple would take that feature away. I've granted permissions already, but nothing seems to be working.

Setup:

MacBook Air (M2)

macOS 13.0.1

Satechi - USB-C Multimedia Adapter M1 - Space Gray

MacBook Air Apple Silicon

HDMI.

The Type C docking station works just fine in Windows. It's only on Ventura that I'm having this issue. I had NO issues on Monterey, but as soon as my Air M2 updated to 13.x it was no longer working. As of now, it looks like I'll have to roll back unless Apple decides to fix this.
