Macbook Pro TouchBar controls wrong player

Hello everyone, I have an issue linked with how Macbook's TouchBar controls audio/video players.

I have two (or more) players which work at the same time: for example a Spotify app and a Youtube player in the Google Chrome browser. TouchBar shows ability to control these both players by showing buttons like play/pause button. Unfortunately, both play buttons(the button linked with Spotify app and this for YouTube player) works only for the last started player. The bug is weird. I was searching for help and I have tested almost all solutions like: restarting TouchBar, reinstalling MacOS, updating MacOS, reinstalling Spotify and Google Chrome - nothing has helped. I have faced the issue on macOS 12 (Monterey) and also on macOS 13 (Ventura). I will be thankful for your support. :)
