Your iPad has no user-replaceable parts - and Apple will not supply components outside of its network of Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASPs). You can, however, arrange for repair via an Apple Store or AASP:

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple also have a mail-in repair service:

iPad Service & Repair - Apple Support

Before contemplating repair, perhaps consider that your first generation iPad Air (WiFi+Cellular) is old (classified as “vintage”) and is rapidly approaching end-of-life.

Obtaining service for your Apple product after an expired warranty - Apple Support

Apple ended major update support for the iPad Air1 in September 2019 - since providing only occasional “point” security updates (the most recent being released August 2022). The Air1 cannot be updated to iPadOS 13 (or any later major versions of iPadOS) as the internal hardware does not meet the minimum technical requirements (CPU capabilities and available RAM) for newer versions of iOS/iPadOS.

Many App developers have dropped support for iOS versions preceding iOS 13.x for technical reasons (often because APIs or software libraries upon which they rely have been updated in the new version of iPadOS, making their App incompatible with earlier versions).  Whilst many App titles remain compatible with your iPad, if you want or need to access to Apps requiring the most recent versions of iOS, you’ll need to consider replacement of your iPad with a newer or current model that supports iPadOS15/16.

An iPad screen is the most expensive single component of your iPad. Apple’s out-of-warranty repair for your iPad will likely cost c.60% of the “as new” price of your iPad. Given the relatively high cost of repair, and the age of your iPad, you might be better advised to put the cost of repair towards a new iPad - this being capable of running iPadOS16 and all currently available Apps.

The current entry-level iPad9 will offer capability and performance significantly beyond that of your Air1, along with continued update support for five to seven years. Other models are yet more powerful with additional features.
