Hi, my Apple TV 4K has all of a sudden stopped working. The light on the ATV consistently flashes, there’s no signal on tv. I’ve tested my cables, restarted my wifi, tried to reset using my remote. Everything! The odd thing about it is that when I use the apple remote on my phone, my phone cannot even pick up the ATV signal and I can’t get the ATV on to do a restart/factory reset. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a quick fix? Thanks

If the light is flashing then it is means it is in recovery mode. In order to use the remote on the phone the ATV needs to be active and available on the wifi network, which will not be possible here. The only thing you can try is disconnecting power, wait 10 secs and reconnect. Otherwise, you will need to take it to Apple so they can run diagnostics and see if it can be restored.
