3x telephoto camera vibrating and blurry vision on default iphone camera

I’m using 13 pro max and my 3x telephoto camera vibrating when i move camera angle and I’m not using any third party camera app it’s iPhone stock camera. I guess its stabilisation bug. How can i fix that or is there any solution or some kind of update please let me know.

First, make sure you have installed all iOS updates available to you.
