A - This implies the Messages Application on another Apple Device is getting messages in Messages Application on a regular basis ? Is that correct ?
A - Is Messages in iCloud enabled on the Other Device ?
A - Please refer to Use Messages in iCloud for additional info.
A - Are ALL Devices signed into the Same Apple ID ?
A - Suggest checking in the iDevice >> Settings >> General >> Messages and check that Text Forwarding is Enabled
A - The and still on the iDevice - same place as above the the Apple Computer is specifically Listed by NAME and make sure the slider is to Green
