Hi DD75F,
It sounds like you are having an issue with an Exchange calendar on your Mac, but not an iCloud calendar in the Calendar app. The first thing you would want to look at is if your account is authenticated properly as this Integrate Apple devices with Microsoft Exchange - Apple Support Apple resource states
"Modern Authentication support for Exchange accounts
iOS 11, iPadOS 13.1, and macOS 10.14 or later support Microsoft Modern Authentication workflows of Exchange online tenants. OAuth can be used for Office 365 accounts with Modern Authentication enabled. In iOS 12 and macOS 10.14 or later, configuration can also be performed manually or with a configuration profile.
In iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 or later, Exchange accounts configured for Microsoft cloud-based services (such as Office365 or outlook.com) are automatically upgraded to use Microsoft’s OAuth 2.0 authentication service.
For more information, see the two Microsoft Support articles Using Office 365 modern authentication with Office clients and Enable or disable modern authentication in Exchange Online."
Next, you will want to reach out to the IT or Admin that supports the Exchange account on your Mac. They will be the ones who will make sure all your settings are as they should be for macOS Ventura. You can also check with Microsoft Support.
Take care!
Having this same issue after the Ventura update. I have 3 separate Exchange accounts configured on my Mac. 2 of them are low volume departmental accounts, and the 3rd is my own individual account. The departmental ones are operating just fine, but my individual account is not working right. No updates show up in Calendar. Most* calendar invitations/cancellations are showing fine in Mail, and if I click accept/reject on an invitation or OK on a cancellation, my actual calendar is updated as viewed in Outlook or the Exchange web interface, but no updates are shows in the Mac Calendar app at all. I turned off Calendar capabilities for that account in System Setting, which resulted in all of the entries for that account disappearing from Calendar completely, but nothing ever reappears even with the exchangesyncd process downloading gigabytes of data over and over again.
*as a side note, it appears that invitations that are generated by the Zoom Outlook plugin for Exchange (ie, invitations I receive from Outlook users with a Zoom meeting scheduled) are not recognized by Apple Mail as containing an actual invitation, so I can't even accept/reject those invitations using Apple Mail.
Thank you for your help.
I FINALLY solved my problem by creating a TEST account (in users and groups) but without configuring it. The exchange calendar then appeared in the TEST account and also on my account where only Icloud calendars appeared until now.
Then, I deleted the TEST account and the Exchange calendar is still present on my account. It's a weird manipulation but it works.
My exchange account was disconnected for an unknown reason (it happens frequently I don't know why) and I had to recreate it and again the calendar disappeared.....arghhhh
I then started again the manipulation with creation of an account TEST and the calendar reappeared on the two accounts .... I hope that APPLE will solve this bugg quickly. The solution is simple but is little time-consuming when you are in a hurry and have lot work to do ...
I finally bit the bullet and completely deleted my Exchange account, restarted the computer, and added it back in. It's going to take probably a few days to completely download everything again, but at the very least it looks like my Exchange calendar information is getting downloaded. Will just be letting everything sit over the long holiday weekend, and hopefully by the time Monday rolls around everything will be synced and can stay synced. Fingers crossed.
