Retrieve deleted messages
I updated my iPhone IOS to 16.1.1 but do not see a selection for “Show Recently Deleted” in order to retrieve deleted messages. What steps do I need to take to retrieve messages I deleted yesterday?
You would need to have deleted a message......after.....you installed iOS 16.1.x for Show Recently Deleted to appear.
If Show Recently Deleted does not appear, you have not deleted a message yet after you installed iOS 16.1.x
If you deleted the message before you installed iOS 16, the message is gone.
