how do i reset my apple tv 4k
Hello, i can not go to settings to reset my apple tv, 4k.
it was recommended by apple support to do it using itunes, but how do i connect it? it doesnt have USB-C or micro USB port
any ideas?

but this doesn't help you if you can't get to the settings, as you have reported.
Instead, Apple says that if you need more help, contact Apple Support. This brings up a page to commence the process of taking the unit in for a repair.
