subscription not in the list

I subscribed an app on 17 Oct 2022. but in the app In-app purchase not received. So I want to get a refund. but I can't find the subscription from the list, I can't request the refund.

You have received an invoice from Cubo AI Smart Baby Monitor directly.

You need to contact them.


Also keep an eye out below.


Keep in mind -> Never post a screenshot with your personal information, such as Apple ID and others.

Have ask the host to delete your screenshot.
