Someone trying to hack my Apple ID i'm getting codes for reset Apple ID password

my friend forgot her apple id, and now she's getting password resetting codes on her phone number but someone unknown trying to hack her id

Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password. Review all the personal and security information in your account. Update any information that isn't correct or that you don't recognize, including: Your name.
