Blood Pressure

My Welch Allyn blood pressure monitor appears now as “inactive” on the data sources window of the Health App. I want data from this device to automatically update my blood pressure readings in the Health App. How can this be accomplished?

Health App Omron Connect shows Inactive in Apple Health App Omron connect formerly worked for me with the Apple health app. I have about three weeks of blood pressure data that transferred correctly. But for the last 5 months so there’s been no transfer of data. The health app says that Omron connect, which it still lists as a source of data, is inactive. Any suggestions?

Health app blood pressure feature gives range but not average The blood pressure feature in the health app is pretty good and accurate. It presents the data both numerically and in a chart. You can look back at various time segments, e.g. day, week, month, etc. However it gives the readings in the form of a RANGE. That is all helpful, but what would be even more helpful is if the app also showed *average*. You know, the average BP for a week, or a month, etc.. Or even if you did multiple readings in one day, an average would be helpful. Obviously the user can get the average manually by doing simple arithmetic on the raw data, but that's kind of a time sink and a pain. Does anyone else agree that having BP average would be useful and a good addition to just displaying the range?

Does apple have a product that monitors blood pressure, O2, ecg on a continuous basis or at a selectable frequency? No issue, but looking for a product

Thanks for the reply. You may be correct. However, up until 2020, the data was uploaded to the Health App. The Welch Allyn app is a bit dated and may not have kept up with the system changes. I don't know, but it is no longer updating.

This app Welch Allen App nowhere says that it transfers data to the Apple Health app.
