Unlock owners
Hi one of my iPhone locked fir owner it was used by my wife she forgot iCloud detail it was under my Apple ID then it was change for her I’d but we forgot I’d . We have access of phone but not iCloud can you please guide me to unlock
Your wife will have to recover access to her account (start here: https://iforgot.apple.com ) or you will have to provide Apple with the original proof of purchase to have the activation lock removed.
