Verifying Apple Cash in settings

Why is it when I go to my (payment & shipping) in my settings it’s saying (balance:— (verify)) in red and when I tap on the card it says (this card could not be found in your wallet. Add this card to wallet and try again) when clearly the card is in my wallet I’m confused.

ps. It’s not telling me to verify my identity just my Apple Cash and I do not have an Apple Cash card. And it’s not letting me pay for things on my games.
