We'd be happy to help out, however we don't have a lot of details. Is this just a momentary freeze or do both your Mac keyboard and trackpad become completely unresponsive? What have you tried since noticing this? We ask to help isolate further.
If you haven't yet restarted your Mac, please do so as a simple restart can refresh things and solve unexpected behavior like that often times. If that doesn't help out, try booting into safe mode and testing your keyboard and trackpad a bit further.
