I have a Samsung 1670 printer and after the last update to Big Sur 11.7.1 it doesn't work anymore.
Does any one a suggestion or a working printer driver?

I'm afraid, buying a supported AirPrint compatible printer is the only solution.

Do you mean it gets mechanically stuck? If yes, cleaning the rubber rollers etc might help.
On the other hand, to reset the macOS printing system:

Pity though bc the printer is working fine.

Yes, that's true. I ran into the same issue with my Epson Laserprinter after upgrading macOS Catalina.

Now I have to find a way to reset the ML1670 bc it gets stuck halfway quite often.
