I have smart garage door openers setup on 2 of my garage doors. These openers are compatible with HomeKit (Insignia - Wi-Fi Garage Door Controller for Apple® HomeKit). I am able to open/close them using the home app and using Siri on my phone. However, when I try to use Siri with my Apple watch or any of HomePod minis, Siri says, "Sorry, I can't do that". Anyone know why this is happening?

Since Siri doesn't seem to understand what you want Siri to do, we're going to place a few links below that will help you walking through Siri troubleshooting, and making sure everything is set up correctly for Home.
In the article Use Siri on your Apple Watch - Apple Support, you will want to scroll down to the section 'If Siri doesn't respond or asks you to try again' to try the steps offered.
To make sure everything is set up correctly for using HomeKit, see Control your home with Apple Watch - Apple Support.
If you still are unable to get Siri working, you will want to reach out to Apple Support by going to Get Support.

Thanks for the info, but those thing really didn't address the problem. I have lots of thing setup in my home with Apple HomeKit. Everything else works normally. I am able to control all my devices in the Home app using my iPhone and Apple Watch including the garage doors. I am also able to control most devices using Siri from my phone, watch and HomePod minis. The problem is only controlling the garage doors using Siri from my Apple watch and HomePod minis. When I try to open the garage doors using Siri with my Apple watch or HomePod minis, Siri will say, "Sorry, I can't do that". However, I am able to control the garage doors using Siri from my iPhone.
