Family sharing is password sharing

My husband and I have family sharing, however since recent updates I now have all of his passwords saved in my passwords app. He has all of my passwords in his. Why is this happening and I how do we turn it off?

We each have our own Apple ID. This was not happening before the iOS update of a few weeks (maybe a month) ago.
