Live photos not working after IOS update & sync with iCloud - PLEASE HELP :((((

Hello All,

I am a newbie here and please kindly help me :(

I have a batch of live photos in my iphone 7 which after the below events I can no longer view the "live action of these photos, no matter in iphone or icloud.

1）IOS update

2) iCloud backup

In iphone 7 now, there is an exclamation mark on the right bottom corner and when I want to save or tap the photo, it said "An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this photo”. Then when I went to icloud to locate and download the same live photo, there is a "cross" in the live icon and after download, only a jpeg file can be downloaded and the mov file is no where to be found. But strangely it is a batch of live photos during 2019-2020 and recent ones all worked fine.

Can anyone please help? :(

Nearly most live photos are my new born girl back then :(
