Comcast email not working
Keep getting the message, “Comcast is currently unavailable”. It works on my iMac.

Keep getting the message, “Comcast is currently unavailable”. It works on my iMac.

It was working everyday until three days ago. I can get the email thru the Xfinity app on my phone but the Mail won’t work on my iPhone. I turned off my iphone and also reset all settings. I went to Settings>Mail and deleted the Comcast account and then added it again. Still get the message Comcast is currently unavailable. I downloaded the newest iPhone upgrade a week before this happened. Guess the only option is to logged into the Xfinity app every time. Thanks
Mine says password or username doesn’t match. Or sometimes it will say I don’t have a password in my email account.
log on no problem on my mac. Check everything making sure I’m using the same settings, yep. But my iphone can’t login to Comcast. I can iCloud and google.
I discovered the problem is with a VPN (Virtual Private Network) I purchased as part of identity theft program. When I removed the VPN the Comcast email started working again. Working with the identity theft vendor for a solution.

My Comcast mail is working in the Chicagoland area. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
