How do I stop Apple from sending me emails stating "Your iCloud storage is full." I get these every **** day!

I know it's full, I have no need or intention of adding storage to it. I'd be very grateful to anyone who can tell me how to turn off these incessant emails.

Cheers!

Hello Jesus Shaves,

Are these emails, or perhaps notifications that appear on your iPhone?

If your iPhone is set up to perform a function that involves iCloud, and there is no storage available, the system will prompt with a message.

To check, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Apple logo in the upper left corner
  2. Click on System Preferences
  3. Click on Apple ID
  4. Click iCloud in the left column

Any item in the right column with a check in it is using iCloud. If there is not any available storage, the message you described may appear.

You can try unchecking everything there. This may stop the prompts.

Have a good day.

These are emails that come to my Mac via my iCloud email address. By doing what you're proposing I would then be deleting all items that are copied to iCloud, no?

I'll try a more surgical approach and eliminate some items there.

Still, I would like to use as much as iCloud as I can without getting constant emails from Apple telling me I'm out of storage. I know I'm out of storage, Apple, but I want to use the free amount you give to us paupers without being harassed about it!

Thanks.
