How to retrieve deleted notes from iCloud

iOS 16 added a new option that allows users to recover notes they have deleted.......but.......you would have had to have installed iOS 16.......before......you deleted the note in order to be able to recover it.

Deleted notes that can be recovered and in the Recently Deleted folder in notes. If there is nothing there, nothing can be recovered.
