Apple usb Superdrive/Monterey
Is the Apple usb superdrive compatible with a MacBook Pro 2015 running Monterey. I am intending to play movie and photo dvd's and cd's to transfer to an external hard drive?

yes, a superdrive should work without issue with your Mac. just note that it must be connected directly to the Mac. it will not work if connected through a dock or hub.
