Tells. E it’s not supported. Just trying to edit out a few frames on iPhoto edits. Both brand new iPhone 14 and iPad are on iOS 16.1. All videos can’t be edited on iPhoto. Just want to trim a few frames.

If your iPad really has iOS 9 and can’t be updated then it can’t be used to edit a video created with iOS 16.
